These curds have a round garlic and garden flavor with a cayenne stinger on the end. This is the top-selling squeaky cheese flavor and will finish on a Cajun kick.  Smiles have been found to result from sharing Ragin’ Cajun Curds.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Allow the curds to come to room temperature before serving. Great prepared deep fried with a condiment. Pair with a bright, crisp ale or lager.
