This single varietal artisan Organic Red Wine Vinegar is produced by one of Italy’s most prestigious vinegar makers, Andrea Bezzecchi of Acetaia San Giacomo. It starts with organically produced Lambrusco wine grapes grown in Reggio Emilia, acetified slowly and artfully under natural temperatures in oak barrels, letting the natural flavors and aromas of the wine develop and become more intense, never diluted with water.
