Angel Salumi's classic Italian-style Nostrano Salami (6.5oz) is made using 100% Berkshire pork meat. It is dry cured, fermented for 48 hours, and then aged in a dry-room for three months. They chose to capture the flavors of Northern Italy using coarsely ground Berkshire pork, black peppercorn, and red wine.
Their Nostrano salami has a mild peppery taste that pairs perfectly with melon and figs.
